Quincy Castings is a Gray, Ductile, and specialty iron foundry located in Quincy, Ohio (30 miles north of Dayton). We serve customers in over 20 states providing components with diverse engineering and casting requirements in a wide range of applications. Customers served include companies specializing in pumps and valves, hand tools, medical equipment, agriculture equipment, power transmission, compressors, and food processing, to name a few.

Quincy Castings was established in 1945, and became 100% employee owned (ESOP) in 1990. With approximately 100 non-union employees, we have the capability to produce castings from less than 1 pound to 100 pounds, in small, medium, and high volumes.

We produce molds in green sand, with or without cores, in automatic matchplate molding machines. Cores are produces by shell, isocure, and chem-set processes.  Electric melting and tight metallurgical control, insure castings will be made with excellent machinability while maintaining microstructure and composition integrity.

Furthermore, Quincy Castings routinely handles additional customer requirements such as machining, heat treating, painting, plating, and polishing, as well as other specialized processes to meet customer specifications.
